Cloud '68-Paper Voice pays homage to the European radical movements in architecture that flourished between the 1950s and 1970s producing a wide range of experimental expression. From the personal collection of the Chilean architect Smiljan Radic, a selection of 173 graphic pieces-lithographs, drawings, original etchings, and ephemera-will show the horizon of meaning of the diverse architectural approaches from those years: works by Constant, Guy Debord, Asger Jorn, Haus-Rucker-Co, Archigram, Utopie, and Superstudio, among others, will meet in 33 panels that recall Aby Warburg's "Mnemosyne Atlas." The publication is complemented by a "Wunderkammer" of interview fragments by the critic and curator Hans Ulrich Obrist, who interviewed the protagonists of said architecture.

Markus Oehlen (*1956) is one of Germany's most unmistakable painters. As an anarchic pictorial inventor, since the 1980s he has revolted against any visual convention and aesthetic convenience. Due to his integration of digital techniques and the contemporary reservoir of images, he creates stunningly hybrid paintings. Collage-like fragments of art history and popular culture interfere with each other. Abstraction and figuration swiftly blend into one another. With the utmost freedom, Oehlen expands the possibilities of today's painting in his both daring and calculated pictorial experiments.

Multipotent mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are a heterogeneous population of cells which reside in a variety of tissues. They differentiate into several mesodermal lineages, secrete a multitude of trophic factors and contribute to tissue homeostasis. MSCs are able to exert immunosuppressive activities by interfering with inflammatory cytokine production and with T- and B-cell proliferation. These immunomodulating properties make MSCs promising candidates for the treatment of chronic inflammatory and autoimmune disorders. There are, however, certain caveats involved including inappropriate migration of cells in the body, immune rejection, tumor formation, or graft versus host disease (GvHD). This book investigates the current state of the MSC-dependent therapy of chronic inflammatory disorders and autoimmune diseases. Among the covered topics are GvHD, chronic kidney, liver and lung disease, ischemic heart and inflammatory bowel disease, diabetes, osteoarthritis, various rheumatic and neurological disorders and, lastly, tumors and solid organ transplantations. Although seminal works have addressed the metabolic fate of immune cells during differentiation and function, the physiological status of a given tissue is also dependent on the cell metabolism. The dialogue between immune cells and their microenvironment can also modulate cellular metabolism, which can trigger the onset and progression of a multitude of inflammation-mediated diseases. Thus, uncovering the specific characteristics of the metabolism in different immune cells types and in different conditions, can shed light into the molecular mechanisms of disease and help develop new drugs and therapeutic strategies to treat immune diseases.
